Local care

for your whole team.

Confidential counselling, manager support and critical incident response from one local team in Warrnambool, who get to know your workplace.

We understand that looking after a team's wellbeing can feel like a lot to carry.

Our role is to share that load. We give your people timely, confidential support with someone they can actually meet, and we give your managers somewhere to turn when things get hard.

SWEAP is an extension of South West Mind + Body into local workplaces. We are a team of psychotherapists, counsellors and health practitioners who live and work in the South West, and we care about the communities your staff are part of.

Our approach

Why a local EAP

Many EAPs are run nationally and delivered by a network of external contractors. We do it differently. Your staff are supported by one local team that knows the region, works to one clinical model and is there in person when it matters.

Local and in person

We live and work in the South West. Staff can see us face to face in Warrnambool, by phone or by telehealth, and we understand local industries, pressures and events.

One team, one clinical model

Everyone who supports your staff is part of our team, trained in the same model and supervised together, so care is consistent no matter who they see.

Care for the whole person

As an allied health clinic, we bring together psychological and physical therapies, from counselling and psychotherapy to chiropractic and myotherapy.

A real relationship

You deal with people who know your organisation. We come on site, get to know your team and respond in person when something goes wrong.
