For men who want real conversations. Not just small talk.

Life not working out?
12 weeks of real support, structure, and straight-up conversations.
Our 12-week interpersonal group therapy program for men offers a powerful space for emotional growth and relational change. Led by Fabian Storer, a registered therapist trained in the gold standard of group psychotherapy. This isn’t just support—it’s a structured and evidence-based process for meaningful transformation.
In this group, you will:
Deepen your self-awareness through honest, in-the-moment interactions
Have a clear opportunity to learn valuable things about yourself
Understand how your patterns show up in relationships
Practice new ways of relating in a safe and supportive environment
Receive genuine feedback from others navigating similar challenges
Rebuild trust, confidence, and connection—starting within the group
This is a closed group, meaning the same participants meet weekly, creating a consistent and confidential space where trust can grow and therapeutic work can deepen.
How it works:
Weekly 90-minute sessions over 12 weeks. Same time, same place, with the same group of up to 10 men. A therapist-guided space for real insight and lasting change.
If you're ready to explore the deeper layers of your emotional and relational life, this program offers a proven path forward.
Group starts Thursday 14th August, 7:00PM - 8:30PM and runs for 12 weeks.
Group therapy is as effective as individual therapy, and more efficient. Here’s why it works:
Many people carry private pain and assume they’re the only ones struggling. In group therapy, you quickly learn that others face similar issues—whether it’s relationship stress, anxiety, or feeling stuck in life. This recognition is often a huge relief, reducing shame and opening the door to connection.
1.You realise you’re not alone
2. You gain new tools and insight
Group therapy offers more than just emotional support—it’s also a place to learn. Through discussions, shared experiences, and therapeutic guidance, you’ll discover new ways to cope, communicate, and understand yourself more deeply.
3. You understand how others see you
The group offers a rare mirror: people respond to you with honesty and compassion, helping you understand how your behavior and emotions affect others. This real-time feedback promotes deep self-awareness and lasting change—something hard to replicate in individual therapy alone.
4.You belong to a safe, supportive group
Change happens in safe, trusting relationships. The consistency of meeting with the same group over 12 weeks builds a strong sense of belonging. That connection becomes the foundation for vulnerability, honesty, and transformation.
Hearing other people’s breakthroughs—especially those who began where you are—can be incredibly inspiring. It shows that healing is not only possible, but achievable. Hope is contagious, and in group therapy, it spreads.
5.You see hope in others progress
Supporting others in the group isn’t just kind—it’s therapeutic. When you listen, encourage, or empathize with someone else’s journey, you build confidence, deepen your own healing, and feel more capable in your everyday relationships.
6. You find meaning in helping others
FAQ
-
That’s completely normal. Many people feel nervous at first. You’ll never be forced to share more than you’re ready for. As the group builds trust over time, most participants find themselves opening up naturally—when it feels safe and right for them.
-
No. You are in control of what you share. Group therapy is designed to be supportive, not exposing. You’ll be gently invited to share when you’re ready, and you may gain a lot simply by listening to others at first.
-
This is a common worry. Our groups are carefully structured and guided by an experienced facilitator who fosters inclusion, safety, and connection. Most people are surprised by how quickly they begin to feel a sense of belonging—even with very different kinds of people.
-
You learn from others’ stories, receive honest feedback, and discover you’re not alone in your struggles. The group becomes a mirror and a support network, helping you make changes that are hard to achieve in isolation.
-
Our facilitators are trained to support emotional safety. If difficult emotions come up, you’ll be held with care—not judged. You’re always welcome to take a break, pause, or ask for one-on-one support as needed.
-
Yes—and sometimes better. Research shows group therapy is just as effective as individual therapy for many issues, and it offers unique benefits like peer support, relational feedback, and a sense of community.
