Hayden is an integrative psychotherapist passionate about walking alongside people as they navigate life’s challenges and complexities.
He supports clients experiencing grief and loss, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and interpersonal issues.
Hayden’s approach is relational and collaborative, creating a space where clients can explore themselves openly and safely while making sense of their experiences. Drawing on training in Attachment Therapy and Adult Attachment Repair, he tailors his support to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.

No, not really. This session is designed to make initial contact. Find out a little about you and a chance for you to ask questions. The real therapy begins at the next session, where we allow 50 minutes for a full intake session.

No. Not at the moment. If it’s recommended to commence care after the 15-minute phone call, sessions are an out of pocket expense. No government refunds are available for psychotherapists and counsellors at this time.
